Congratulations, Lindsay!

We went to Colorado a few weekends ago for my sister's graduation from Colorado State University, Pueblo. She (finally) graduated with her RN and we couldn't be more excited for her! She has put in so much work and dedication with school on top of working full time in the ER for the last 5 years and finally got to celebrate the end!
We were so worried and stressed out to take a two and a half week old on a trip, but he did absolutely great. He just basically slept the entire time. I still felt extremely guilty dragging him around the airport, ceremonies and parties though. And, it took almost 2 full days to recover once we got home. It was a lot of work and very tiresome for all of us, but so worth being there to support my sister.

Since she was in the middle of finals, Lindsay was unable to come to Utah when the baby was born. So, her first time to meet him was about 30 minutes before her pinning ceremony started.

You can't see it very well, but she asked my Mom and Dad to present her with her pin.

A quick family picture while waiting for Lindsay to come out of the graduation ceremony.

Her and all her friends put this on the top of their graduation caps.

Believe it or not, I wasn't too good about taking pictures over the weekend, but I did catch one of my sweet niece holding Austin for the first time. My brother and his family also got to meet Austin and all the kids loved him so much! Moe was interested when he would be old enough to play with them and when guessing what his first word would be, Oscar guessed it would be "I want a banana." Ha! I can't wait until he can play with all his cousins!
